  1. hi. i am a little confused are u eating the oatmeal for dinner or just the apple and green tea or both. also can u add milk to the oatmeal or do u have to eat it without sugar n milk(thats hoe i usually eat mine)

  2. Me and my girlfriend started yesterday. We both don't believe we weigh too much however we just wanted to slim up a bit. Im 178cm and 83.8kg and she's 169cm and 77.4kg. After one day I have lost 1.1kg down to 82.7kg. My girlfriend has dropped to 74.8 = – 2.6kg. One of the good things is, is that we both feel good and not fatigued one bit! Get on it!

  5. This is the best! Been battling with my weight for 3 years , amazingly this works! I lost 4kgs in 5 days then took my time before eventually lost 8KGS in the same month! Inches lost! And i had to buy new pants!!!!! I fit into my teenage clothes.., now im trying the summer diet by vicky as well to lose another 6-7kgs to get into my ideal weight for my height!     I lost 7.7 kilograms, I have tried to put everything below as humanly as possible so as to not get the silly questions that I have seen people asking. This has worked for me by adjusting a few things it might work for you or it might NOT don't ask why. All our bodies, metabolism etc react differently. But I can definitely say it has been a success for me thanks Vicky. Now next on the next regime. I will give a couple of weeks off then embark on this one as actually licked it.

    AS YOU WOULD SEE BELOW MY WEIGHT SHIFT REACTS WHEN I INTRODUCE SOMETHING NEW TO THE REGIME, But I don't do it every day now and then to confuse the system 🙂

  7. Dear Vicky… I've been watching all your vdos and every one of them seem to work wonders. I've already started with the flaxseeds water, flat belly drink, etc. i would like to go on this diet plan, however since i had started with the cellulite buster Oatmeal i want to continue with it for a while. Please advice if i can take the cellulite buster oatmeal for breakfast and then continue with egg diet from lunch onwards. of course I'll take 3 eggs less… will this work???

  8. Lost 4 pounds 3 days
    I started this on Tuesday and I would say I "stopped" on Friday cause it's my birthday and I can't not eat haha
    I ate the 3 eggs for breakfast, 3 eggs and an apple for lunch, and 1/2 cup serving of Old Fashioned Quaker Oats with 1 cup water (microwaved).
    I didn't exercise nor drink tea like recommended BUT I did drink 1 gallon of water each day.
    I plan to follow this diet plan as exact as I could and will update soon.
    Overall this is a really great diet which really works! Recommended!! Thanks Vicky!!

  9. So uhh…how about in the morning 1 apple with green tea and eggs at 2PM when I am not at school to shit myself then follow it normally…also in case you ask…yes there are toilets at school but when you see them you rather keep the poop inside you…

I am gonna start this diet from tomorrow but before that can u tell me whether i can have the eggs in the form of bullseye without adding oil or salt and just by adding pepper also i would like to know whether i can reduce the number of eggs from 3 to 2 since iam having some acidity issues…waiting for your reply..
